INDEPENDENT COMPLIANCE AUDITOR
Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd wishes to hire the services of an Independent Compliance Auditor for the supervision of O&M Services on the first ever 100MWp DC plant installed in Bahawalpur. The O&M Contractor is to provide the O&M Services. The TORs and the criteria for technical/financial evaluation, and all necessary details are available in the Request for Proposals (RFP).which can be downloaded from http://w.qasolar.com/downloads/ and the PPRA (Punjab) website.
Firms will be awarded points based on their size, experience, resources, and cost o services as detailed in the RFP. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the assignment.
This invitation is open to firms based in Pakistan or abroad. The firms should be duly registered and accredited with relevant authorities. The firms are required to send detailed technical proposals and financial proposals in clearly marked separate sealed envelopes, enclosed in the same sealed outer package, marked Proposal for Independent Compliance Auditor, to reach the address given below latest by 1500 hours (PST, GMT+5) on December 14, 2015.The bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30pm in the presence of representatives of bidders.
