General Instructions:
 I ) Prescribed Application Form with detail instructions are available in the office of the Executive Director Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan, free of cost. Application Form can also be downloaded from CPEIC, Multan website (Www.cpeic.gop.pk)
2) Attach two sets of attested photocopies of required educational and experience certificate, testimonials and other mandatory documents, domicile, CNIC along with 02-passport size photographs with the application
 3) Experience certificate must clearly show date of start and end of the prescribed job. Open experience certificate will not be accepted and considered incomplete
4) Employees already serving should apply through proper channel of their respective department along with NOC. Applications without NOC will not be entertained
5) Recruitment shall be made as per Government Recruitment Rules/Polices
 6) Latest Government Rules & Regulations/polices will be followed regarding age limitation, age relaxation and quotes for women, Minorities. and Disable person etc
 7) Applications form must reach the Executive Director office, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi. Institute of Cardiology, Abdali Road, Multan within 1.0 days of the advertisement
8) Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained
