National Tariff Commission (NTC) is responsible for implementation of trade defence laws under Anti-dumping Duties Act 2015, Countervailing Duties Act 2015 and Safeguard Measures (Amendment) Act 2015 strictly in conformity with the WTO Agreements. NTC is seeking professionally qualified persons for the following positions to assist in the implementation of the trade defence laws.
Name of the Posts and Remuneration:
1. Deputy Director (Cost) Lump sum Rs.70,000/- monthly (All inclusive)
2. Database Administrator Rs.50,000/- (Lump sump) per month (All inclusive)
i. Positions are based in Islamabad and are on contract basis initially for a period of one year and extendable for another year on performance evaluation basis. Selected candidates will be offered above lump sum remuneration approved by the government.
 ii. Interested Pakistani nationals meeting the above mentioned eligibility conditions for the positions should send their applications on plain paper. Copy of latest CV, CNIC, recent passport size photograph, attested photocopies of all relevant educational/experience certificates and samples of research work, if any, must be attached. Copies of all the requisite educational degrees / certificates must be verifiable by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
iii. Applications, addressed to Assistant Director (Admn.), National Tariff Commission, GPO Post Box No. 1689, Islamabad-44000, must reach within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. Mark envelop with the position you are applying for.
iv. Unsigned / Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be considered and no intimation will be given, so please make sure you meet above eligibility conditions.
v. Only short listed candidates meeting the above eligibility conditions will be called for test/ interview.
vi. The department has the right to short-list / reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
vii. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in test / interview.
