CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS COMPANY SECRETARY
Lahore Garment City Company is a project of Ministry of Textile Industry, Government of Pakistan incorporated under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. The Company seeks services of qualified, experienced Company Secretary. The candidates are expected to meet the following minimum requirements.
• Should be a number of recognized body of professional accountants, or a member of a recognized body of corporate or Chartered Secretaries, or a person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
• Must have a least five years experience in secrotarial and corporate affairs in a government companies.
• Should be well-versed with the provisions of the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013.
• Should not be older than 50 years (relaxable in exceptional cases).
Salary: Rs. 50,000/- to 75,000/- (depending on qualification & experience). The appointment shall be made on contract basis for one year that may be extendable on efficient and satisfactory performance.
