Pay & Allowances
♦ BS-20 & allowances as permissible under school rules (Negotiable upto MP-1 Scale in case of outstanding candidate)

Qualification
♦ Regular Masters / M.Phil / Ph.D. preferably with B.Ed./ M.Ed. as well as distinction / First Division / Equivalent.
 ♦ Must not have secured 3rd Division in any Academic career
Experience
10-15 years teaching - cum - outstanding administrative experience including at least 5 years as Principal at a well reputed institution like Aitchison College, Lawrence College, Army Burn Hall and Cadet College Hassan Abdal etc. Retired Officers from Army Education Corps with administrative experience of heading relevant institution may also apply.
Age
40-58 years (Relaxable in-outstanding cases)
Skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills including outstanding verbal and written English & Urdu language skills.
 ♦ Contemporary knowledge of current trends, techniques and methods of teaching and learning.
 ♦ Must have extensive / outstanding experience in managing financial, human, technological and other resources.
 ♦ Marketing insight to promote group of-Schools & Colleges.
 ♦ Academic & Administrative skills and ability to select develop and manage human resource.
