• Supervise lab operations to maintain quality control and efficiency.
• Maintain a high degree of technical competence in auto analyzers.
• Conducts performance evaluation and documentation for lab
• Demonstrates understanding of medical lab accreditation dynamics.
• Provides technical training to clinical staff.
• Proficient in computer skills that include Microsoft office and lab information management system.
