The Customer Support Analyst's role would revolve around 3 key components:
• Remote Teradata Support
• Teradata Customer Management
• Onsite Engineering
Teradata technical support delivered remotely would include hardware and software fault resolution and software installation.
The successful candidates will be required to attend 24/7 on-call services covering Teradata customers. This will involve on-site presence to address customer faults and apply preventive maintenance system installation and preventative maintenance.
Hardware/software upgrades will also be included.
