CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR HOUSEKEEPING & JANITORIAL SERVICES AT METRO BUS MULTAN Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) has been established with a vision to modernize the Solid Waste Management System in the City. LWMC is going to provide Housekeeping and Janitorial Services for Multan Metro Bus System (MMBS). Applications are invited for the following challenging position based at Multen:
1. Manager (Operation) 01
Major Responsibilities: Manage and administer the office for efficiently performing all the operations.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for ensuring requisite level of Janitorial Services on the designate routes of Metro Bus and Stations.
Comply the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and submission of periodic monitoring reports
Meet all the contractual obligations for performing Housekeeping and Janitorial services
Ensure strategic deployment of workers at the stations for efficient operations
Maintaining regular liaison with the focal person as LWMC headquarters at Lahore.
Experience:
At least 8 Years of experience of running operations preferably of solid waste management or Janitorial services
Skills: Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills, MS Office
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education or Masters in the field of Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Urban Planning or similar degree in a relevant discipline from HEC recognized University.
Age Limit: 30 - 45 years
2. Assistant Manager (Operations) 02
Major Responsibilities: Responsible for Janitorial and Housekeeping operational activities in respective/ assigned route/ stations.
Monitoring of cleanliness operations through supervisors.
Management of distribution and use of Janitorial Items/ utilities.
Monitor and ensure the attendance of all staff including workers.
Responsible for recommending to Manager Operation about planning and designing of operational activities
Responsible for holding periodic communication and awareness programs. Experience: At least 3 years experience of running operations preferably of solid waste management or Janitorial services
Skills:
Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills, MS Office
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education or Masters in the field of Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Urban Planning or similar degree in a relevant discipline from HEC recognized University.
Age Limit: 25 - 35 years
3. Assistant Manger (Administration) 01
Major Responsibilities: Manage administrative function and establish internal administrative systems and controls.
Maintenance and operation of office including vehicles and office utilities.
Stock taking and distribution of janitorial items and other utilities.
Experience:
At least 3 years of mlevant experience in well-established and renowned public/ private organizations.
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education in the field of Business Administration/ Public Administration or relevant degree from HEC recognized University
Age Limit: 25-35 years
